On offer at this lunch will be our Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve Champagne. A fan favourite that needs little introduction, it's hailed by some as the King of entry-level NV Champagnes. It will be served with food befitting of this wine made by the talented team at Manzo - Risotto with lemon, capers & goat's cheese granite or Salmon galantine with peas, mint and smoked salmon sauce.
