We are pleased to learn that Joelle Thomson scored this wine 18.5 Points. “A superb spicy Syrah from one of Hawke’s Bay’s most experienced winemakers, Tony Prichard, who founded De la Terre Winery and makes an adventurous range of outstanding wines. This dark red is full of ripe red berry aromas, fleshy blueberry notes and a hint of peppery spice. French oak ageing adds complexity and the wine is long on the finish, drinking well now with further cellaring potential”.
