London Calling
Cocktail Recipe
A modern classic, this London Calling Cocktail Recipe is something Jack, our Spirits Ambassador, has been playing with and can’t stop singing the praises of.
Multi-layered and refreshing, sherry can be added as a creative twist on some classic gin cocktails, and the London Calling is a modern day classic. Created in 2002 by Chris Jepson of London’s Milk & Honey Cocktail Bar, and originally for a Drinks International Magazine competition, this cocktail is an often imitated contemporary classic.
We recommend using Fernando de Castilla’s Fino Sherry, but you can also swap out the Fino for a Manzanilla instead, to add an extra depth of salty sea spray to this elegantly simple, but delightfully delicious drink.
