With every ingredient adding its own little element of ‘va-va-voom’ to this bright little number, it exudes class whilst remaining a little bit flirty and fun.

La Marca Spring Soiree Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz. La Marca Prosecco
1 ½ oz. aged rum
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
10 mint leaves

Method:

  • Muddle the mint and shake all ingredients except La Marca
  • Strain into a coupe glass while simultaneously pouring in your Prosecco
  • Garnish with a mint sprig
  • Enjoy!
