Vermouth No. 1: Kerikeri Lemon, Kumarahou, Kawakawa, Tarata, Pink Peppercorn, Manuka and Kanuka flowers.

Vermouth No. 2: Kerikeri Orange, Totara, Kahikatea, Matai, Pohutukawa, Northern Rata, Manuka and Kanuka flowers.
