Recipe: Blue Cheese Tart | Tarte Au Roquefort

Blue cheese tart

Ingredients:

150g blue cheese
100ml crème fraiche
200ml milk
3 eggs
Puff pastry

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C.
  2. Lay puff pastry on a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
  3. Crush blue cheese over the pastry.
  4. In a bowl, beat together eggs, crème fraiche and milk.
  5. Pour mixture over blue cheese.
  6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
